About The Picklr
The Picklr is Northern Colorado’s premier indoor pickleball facility, with 19 state-of-the-art courts across Loveland and Fort Collins. We provide lessons, clinics, leagues, tournaments, private events, and a welcoming community for players of all levels.

Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, pickleball-loving individuals to join our team as Front Desk Support. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for members and guests, thrives on customer service, and is excited to be part of a fast-growing pickleball community. Can work at both the Loveland and Fort Collins Picklr locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Manage court reservations, check-ins, and scheduling.

• Answer questions about memberships, leagues, lessons, and events.

• Support the pro shop by promoting products and earning sales commission.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Help coordinate special events, tournaments, and community programming.

• Provide basic support to instructors, players, and management as needed.

Qualifications

• Must play pickleball and have a passion for the sport.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable interacting with people of all ages.

• Basic computer skills (scheduling, point-of-sale systems).

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
