The Picklr is Northern Colorado’s premier indoor pickleball facility, offering year-round play across 19 courts. We are committed to building a vibrant community through lessons, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and special events.

Position Summary
We are seeking energetic and passionate Pickleball Instructors to join our team in Loveland and Fort Collins. Instructors will provide individual and group lessons, run clinics, and help players of all ages and skill levels improve their game while fostering a fun, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to players ranging from beginners to advanced.

• Lead group clinics, private lessons, and youth programs.

• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to improve player performance.

• Collaborate with The Picklr team to support leagues, tournaments, and member events.

• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that reflects The Picklr’s community values.

• Maintain professionalism and represent The Picklr brand on and off the court.

Qualifications

• Strong pickleball knowledge and playing experience (DUPR 4.0+ preferred).

• Previous coaching, teaching, or training experience in pickleball, tennis, or other racquet sports a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed.

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, not required).
