Our welcoming, nature-inspired studio is conveniently located in downtown Loveland yet tucked away from the noise and traffic. Some refer to it as an oasis or sanctuary. Once you step inside, you will understand why!

We know it is not easy being a human being in the world today, and everyone can use a place to build resilience and re-set from stress.

Whether your stress is from your professional or personal life (or a little of both), you will find a welcoming environment at Resilient Soul Yoga. If you have a regular practice, want to return to your mat following a break, or are brand new, there is a place for you here.
