We work with business owners who take pride in their buildings and who wished their cleaning companies did too. Our commercial janitorial services are tailored for your business and building. We can serve you once a week or nightly depending on your needs. We proactively manage the service (that means we?re in the building often to see how our crew is doing and identifying areas for improvement) so you can focus on your business and enjoy coming to a clean office every day.

We work with clients who have small 1,000 square foot offices to clients with 250,000 square foot corporate campuses. In the past our owner Pete Gazlay has managed accounts as large as 30 Million Square Feet over five different states across the US. So big or small we?ll treat you right.
In addition to commercial cleaning we can clean your carpets, polish your floors, wash your windows, power wash your sidewalks and re-lamp your lights. We are able to perform a number of other ?handyman? type services to make Total Facility Care your one call to get it done. If we can?t do it we?ll refer you to a trusted provider we?ve used before.

We are based in Loveland and serve the northern Colorado Front Range including Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Berthoud, Longmont, Boulder, Broomfield, Louisville, Superior, Firestone, Erie, Brighton and all points in between.
